Therese Boer è co-proprietaria, hostess e sommelier del ristorante leggendario De Librije a Zwolle, nei Paesi Bassi. Insieme a suo marito Jonnie Boer gestiscono con gran successo dal 1993 il ristorante. Lo scorso anno si sono posizionati tra i primi dieci della Top 100 2019 The Best Chef.
