This year the announcement of the new 100 candidates (from 35 different countries) who will compete for the title of THE BEST CHEF together with the chefs of the TOP100 2020 will be full of suspense:
Starting from February 25, for 100 days, THE BEST CHEF will announce one candidate per day (in random order) through its social channels.

"I already knew I wanted to become a chef when I was little. This passion was inspired by my grandmother and has only grown since. In 2008, I launched Nuance in Duffel. Cooking is my passion and my life. Every day I try to get the best out of myself, my team and my ingredients. This is the only way to continually improve and make sure every guest enjoys a unique experience.
